"We were encouraged by the increasing number of enquiries on Net.Cover," said Kelvin Chua, system engineering senior manager at Allied Telesyn. He continued, "Already well-established in the US, Europe and New Zealand, we are confident that more customers in Asia will subscribe to Net.Cover for the added protection for their investments in Allied Telesyn products."
The service and support programme is currently available in Singapore as well as major towns in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and India. The programme offers 5 service plans that cater to the different networking needs of Allied Telesyn's customers – Basic, Basic Plus, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
"In order to encourage more customers to subscribe for Net.Cover, we will be rolling out attractive programmes and e-campaigns within the next 6 months," added Chua. "We hope to increase the number of customers protected by Net.Cover in this region by another 5 -10 per cent by the end of the year."
