Caritor bags end to end SAP implementation project from Adani Wilmar Limited

Mumbai: Caritor, a total-technology solutions provider, has won a major contract from Adani Wilmar Limited, part of the Rs. 9,000 Crore Adani group for implementing mySAP ERP in their organisation. Caritor will provide an integrated information backbone across all of Adani Wilmar's processes covering, in Phase 1, the material logistics, manufacturing, planning and execution, finance and customer facing processes. In Phase II, business information warehouse & customer relationship management will be covered. The project will be completed in eight months.

Adani Wilmar Limited (AWL), the fastest growing FMCG company in India, is into manufacturing and marketing of branded edible oil products. It markets its edible oils like soya bean, sunflower, cottonseed, groundnut, mustard under the 'Fortune' brand name, Vanaspati under the 'Raag' brand name and Bakery shortening under the Jubilee Masterchef brand name. Ahmedabad based Adani Wilmar Limited started in the year 1999 and has grown to Rs.1,800 crores in this short span.
