Cognizant acquires privately-held Australian software company Odecee

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp today said that it has acquired privately-held Australian software company Odecee, a provider of digital solutions to enterprises in Australia and New Zealand, for an undisclosed sum.
This is Cognizant's fourth acquisition since the beginning of the year.
Founded in 2007, Odecee is a specialist in enterprise mobile, web and cloud services, including application development, performance management/engineering, DevOps and technology consulting.
Odecee has seen substantial growth having executed over 200 projects successfully and has received several industry acknowledgements, including the 2014 Australia Design Awards and BRW's Most Innovative Companies list.
Cognizant, based in New Jersey, which has most of its 187,400 employees in India, said that the acquisition will further strengthen its digital business transformation expertise and expands its portfolio of tools and services to help clients create digital enterprises that capitalize on new business models, drive innovative products and services.
