Airtel officials offload 1.15 lakh shares worth Rs4.6 crore

Two senior officials of top telecom operator Bharti Airtel is reported to have sold around 1.15 lakh shares of the company in the open market for Rs4.60 crore.
These included Bharti Airtel director Akhil Gupta who sold 65,500 shares worth over Rs2.61 crore and joint managing director Manoj Kohli who sold 50.000 shares of the company for over Rs1.99 crore.
Shares sold by Gupta through open market transactions included shares held by his wife Archana Gupta as well, according to a disclosure on the BSE.
Bharti Airtel stock was down around 2.5 per cent at Rs378.85 at close of trading on the BSE.
