DHL''s association with LIFW began a year ago in Mumbai but its association with the fashion, apparel and textiles segment dates back many years. Today this segment is the largest contributor of packages to DHL India.

DHL, which has specialised service offerings under the brand umbrella "DHL Fashion First", will be leveraging its industry expertise to bring a series of informative seminars during LIFW 2004. DHL is organising and sponsoring the "Business of Fashion Seminar Series" in association with the FDCI. These seminars will be insightful and informative to any industry watcher as they explore upcoming trends in the world of international fashion.

The "DHL Fashion First Seminar Series" will address the opportunities that are available in the WTO regime under the topic - "Indian Apparel and Garment industry - emerging powerhouse".

DHL will also be sponsoring the highly popular buyers'' lounge for the various buyers, Indian and international, who will be attending the week-long fashion extravaganza.
