Delhi: Ichiban, a Singapore-based home appliances
major, continues its expansion path for its Indian operation
and has inducted S S Sandhu as its country head (marketing
and sales).
Sandhu,
a postgraduate in economics from Punjab, has 26 years
of hard-core experience in sales and marketing. He has
worked with various companies, starting from the Dalmia
group to Onida, Gold Star, LG and Super Cassettes. Prior
to this, he was working for Super Cassettes India as vice-president
(sales and marketing) in the consumer electronics division.
During
his long stay in the industry and with his strong trade
relations, he launched T-Series Hi Fi series of colour
television (CTV) in India and Nepal and also led the rural
and urban campaign for the same. Sandhu has launched Onida
CTV and music system in eastern India and the entire product
range of Gold Star in western India including CTV, VCR.VCP
and music systems.

Ichiban India managing director Sandeep Sethi: "It
