New Delhi:
Indian car market champion Maruti Suzuki has reported sales of 64,258 vehicles
in the domestic market, during October 2007. The
company had reported sales of 55,894 vehicles in the domestic market in October
2006. Including
exports of 5,157 units, Maruti Suzuki sold a total of 69,415 vehicles during October
2007. According
to the company, Maruti''s volume in the domestic A2 segment grew by 20.9 per cent,
and by 54.7 per cent in A3 segment during the month as compared to sales in October
2006.
