Mastek net up 212 per cent

Mumbai: The Mastek group has reported a 212 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit for the second quarter ended December 31, 2004.

The net profit stood at Rs12.81 crore, up from Rs4.10 crore in Q2FY04.

According to a release issued to the BSE today, the company's total income increased 34 per cent to Rs140.10 crore from Rs104.27 crore in the corresponding period of the last fiscal.

The board has also declared an interim dividend of Rs2 per share, the release added.
