New Delhi: SpiceCorp Ltd, a new economy enterprise and part of MCorp, has announced the appointment of Dilip Modi as the new chairman of SpiceCorp at the board meeting held in New Delhi.

Modi previously as the CEO has been responsible for consolidating a leadership for SpiceCorp in the cellular industry. With this move, SpiceCorp has brought in a proven leader and endeavours to re-enforce its leadership in the telecommunication and information technology arena.

Veena Modi, who quit as the chairman of SpiceCorp, has taken over as executive vice-chairman, MCorp.

Under the leadership of Dilip Modi, SpiceCorp has evolved as a highly dynamic, yet focused organisation, vigorous in the creation and development of new businesses and effective governance of existing ones. He has been immensely successful in building Spice into one of the most valuable and enduring brands.

With this strategic development, Modi as the chairman of SpiceCorp will be responsible for commissioning strategic decisions and drive growth and vision of the enterprise to reiterate its premium image as the business leader.
