Thomas Cook launches personalised holidays platform in India

India's largest integrated travel services provider Thomas Cook India, has launched Personalized Holidays Direct (PH Direct); a platform that directly serves its B2B travel associates and sales agents in a quicker, interactive manner.

Thomas Cook's registered agent associates are offered access to a range of pre-packaged and pre-priced international holidays and recommended itineraries via a special FTP Link. Additionally, they can also get holidays customised as per client's requirements and budget.

Expertise and a welcome human interface are ensured by direct access to a dedicated central operations team, providing prompt responses and expertise in solutions.

According to Madhav Pai, chief operating officer of Thomas Cook's outbound leisure travel, PH Direct is aimed at assisting the travel services providers' agents to promoting FIT personalised holidays to global destinations, to serve their clients with prompt information.
