chambal fert to bid for nfl stake
mumbai: chambal fertilisers & chemicals has expressed its intent to bid for 51 per cent equity stake in national fertilizers.

the cfcl board has recommended to the shareholders for their approval of an investment not exceeding rs 900 crore for acquiring 51 per cent stake in nfl and other equity shares that may be offered for acquisition.

mumbai: hfcl trade-invest ltd, a subsidiary of himachal futuristic communication ltd (hfcl), has acquired 28.5 per cent stake in the ab corp ltd (abcl) for rs 165 crore.

the shares of the unlisted abcl were acquired by hfcl trade-invest from the ketan parekh associate company classic credit ltd.
