Chennai: The city-based supply chain management software solutions company, Take Solutions Limited, has acquired 4BSoft, an IT consulting and services company, for an aggregate value of $1 million, in an all-cash deal.

Take Solutions founder, Srinivasan H R, says, "This acquisition will enable us to significantly enhance our delivery platform for customers in the Asia-Pacific region in terms of skills and infrastructure and further augment our existing client base in the US."

The five-year-old 4BSoft offers solutions in certain key verticals like pharmaceuticals and life sciences. Headquartered in New Jersey, USA, 4BSoft currently employs 25 people who will now become a part of the Take Solutions team.
