Mumbai: eMR Technology Ventures (P) Ltd, a leading BPO has announced the appointment of Ishan Singh as the President of eMR North America. In his new role Ishan will be responsible for marketing eMR's BPO services to US based firms, focusing on financial services, healthcare and insurance sectors.

Singh has over twelve years experience in sales, international marketing, outsourcing and project management. Prior to joining eMR, Ishan served as VP marketing at WNS Global Services, India's top ranked BPO firm, responsible for implementing change from a captive to a third party provider of BPO services.
