MSN India invites entries for the Cannes Cyber Lions Awards news

Mumbai: MSN will be the official sponsor of the Cannes Cyber Lions Awards, that honour the best talent in the online advertising industry every year at the Cannes Lions Festival. With the objective of encouraging the online advertising industry in India, MSN India today invited advertisers, agencies and creative houses to post their entries for the Cannes Cyber Lions Awards Festival on www.msn.co.in/cyberlions

The entries will be classified under four broad categories — website, online rich, online non- rich and grand prix. A minimum of two of the categories should be entered for the Grand Prix category. The last date for posting nominations on the website is March 13, 2005.

A panel of eminent judges from the media and advertising industry will choose the final winners on March 18, 2005. MSN India will send the Grand Prix winning entry absolutely free to the Cannes Cyber Lions Awards. In addition the winning team will also be awarded an all-expense paid trip to the Cannes Festival in June.

Accordingn to SN Bhaduri, had online advertising revenue, MSN India, "This endeavor from MSN India is an effort to give the most promising talent in the industry a unique opportunity to showcase their creativity in online advertising before a global audience."
