Hyderabad: Sierra Atlantic, which helps customers optimise their investments in enterprise business applications - ERP, CRM, and SCM - from leading vendors such as Agile has announced the opening of an office in Toronto, Canada, to accommodate its expanding Canadian customer base. The Canadian expansion closely follows the company's January acquisition of Sceptre Database Consultants.

The company has also announced signing up new Canadian customers including PotashCorp, Agropur and Dynea.

He said PotashCorp, Agropur and Dynea have all selected Sierra Atlantic for its strong Oracle E-Business Suite expertise and deep R&D relationships with Oracle and other leading enterprise business applications vendors.

PotashCorp, the world's largest integrated producer of nitrogen, phosphate and potash, selected Sierra Atlantic for Oracle maintenance and support, in addition to a Peoplesoft HRMS implementation. Agropur, a major Canadian dairy processor, has selected Sierra Atlantic to upgrade to Oracle 11i. Dynea, global provider of industrial adhesive systems, selected Satyam for its Oracle implementation.
