Hyderabad: Kenexa Technologies, a talent acquisition and retention services provider, has signed an agreement with the development centre of Invensys - a global automation, controls and process solutions company - to implement the RPM (recruitment process management). This makes Kenexa an extension of Invensys IDC HR department, to fulfill the stated targets for manpower acquisition.

Kenexa will implement the staffing process that it advocates through the use of an Applicant Tracking System and various skill and behavioral predictability assessments tools to ensure the work process efficiencies at Invensys IDC.

It is envisaged that the RPM process would help Invensys IDC to achieve repeatable results, measure and track effectiveness of assessment process and quality of hires towards greater accuracy in forecasting towards manpower planning. Using practices and strategies that can reduce critical factors such as "time taken to hire" and "cost per hire" Kenexa works towards various work ratios, which increase efficiency in talent acquisition.

Says A.S Dasu, director, Invensys IDC, "Hiring and retaining the right talent is key to our success. But hiring the right talent is becoming much more challenging in growing markets such as India."

Explains Harish Bhattiprolu, director sales, Kenexa, "At Invensys IDC, the effort shall be to implement a measured selection process, enabling the organisation achieve standardised talent acquisition towards a wholesome and motivated work environment."

Invensys IDC is the largest development centre for Invensys, where employees combine their domain skills with software engineering skills. Invensys IDC was set up in Hyderabad in 2002 to cater to the software development, quality assurance and support of the various products of Invensys.
