Mozilla Corp. has released Firefox v1.5.0.4, a maintenance update to its free, standards-based Web browser for multiple platforms, including Mac OS X. According to the developers, the new release improves stability and sports several security fixes as well. Issues related to privilege escalation, file stealing, buffer overflow, potential memory corruption and other problems have been corrected in this release. The release notes have been posted online.
