Corel Corp launches graphics tool for Microsoft Tablet PC

Mumbai: Corel Corporation recently launched Corel Grafigo, one of the first applications designed specifically for the Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition operating system.
A Corel press release said Grafigo is a powerful tool for mobile professionals to create graphics, exchange ideas, and interact with colleagues in a collaborative environment.
Founded in 1985, Corel Corporation specialises in content development (both text and graphics), business process management and XML-enabled enterprise solutions.
Corels newest application demonstrates the power of the new Tablet PC form factor. Corel Grafigo is designed specifically to take advantage of the Tablet PC form factor and Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition technology, and is now available as a free download from the Web.
The application gives users the ability to create accurate graphics from sketches through the use of shape recognition, symbols and tools. In addition, Corel Grafigo features annotation tools, such as digital ink and onion skins that enable enhanced collaboration and communication of ideas with colleagues.
