Geometric appoints PLM veteran Louis J. Pascarella

Engineering software providert Geometric, today announced the addition of Louis J. Pascarella, xto its consulting group as a principal consultant.
A veteran with over 35 years of experience in product development and product data management, Pascarella has been one of the pioneers of PLM technology, and has extensive experience in solving challenges of large OEMs, Geometric said ina statement.
Prior to joining Geometric, Pascarella was responsible for strategic automotive initiatives at Dassault Systèmes, and also headed global R&D for its Enovia brand. He has also been the chief technology officer for FanBall.com and auxilium inc. (which was acquired by Parametric Technology Corp.).
Previously at Ford Motor Co., TRW, and Control Data Systems, Pascarella developed and managed CAD / CAE / PDM solutions, PLM technologies, and deployments.
