China's Wuxi municipal government appoints NIIT's G Raghavan 'chief consultant'

The municipal government of Wuxi city in the Chinese province of Wuxi has appointed NIIT's G Raghavan, president, individual learning solutions, as 'chief consultant' for the city.
The Wuxi municipal government, which is currently in Bangalore as a part of a larger visit to the country to develop announced the appointment at a seminar on service cooperation this morning. (See: NIIT to set up training centres in China's Wuxi province)
Raghavan will work closely with the local government to help identify and built an IT infrastructure to foster talent pool in the province.
