M A Parthasarathy, Alok Sinha join Mindshare as partners

M A Parthasarathy is joining Mindshare as partner, business planning, South Asia.

Parthasarathy started his career with Tata IBM as a marketing executive, joined JWT India in 1995

Over the past 14 years in JWT, he has worked across departments like account manager, a strategic planner, a business director, and in his most recent role was regional account director on the Ford Account for the Asia-Pacific and Africa region, based out of Bangkok. In addition to Ford, he has worked with clients in the financial services, telecom and retail sectors as a strategic planner.

Alok Sinha will now be partner, invention, at Mindshare, South Asia.

Sinha is currently based out of Mindshare Singapore, helping markets with new business development and enhancing strategic solutions for the Maybelline and LG businessess in China, while also looking at improved service delivery on Nestle in Indonesia and is currently in a regional client leadership role on Pepsi and Nestle.

Sinha came to Mindshare from Carat where he was involved in communication planning and tools, and process training roles.

He handled P&G in Manila and he has client experience with big names like P&G, Danone, J&J, IBM, adidas, BMW & Levers. He brings with him 15 years of experience with the brand agency account planning discipline and research expertise.

Pat Vinayak returns to India after working at Mindshare Sri Lanka. She will lead the Exchange function for the newly formed Team ABG.
