Motorola signs license for patented wireless

Libertyville: Motorola (www.motorola.com) along with Williams Wireless Technologies Inc (www.williamswireless.com) and Polansky Electronics Ltd have announced that they have signed a licensing agreement regarding Polanskys patents: USA No 4,809,297, Canadian patent No 1,233,059, Russian patent No 1,838,818 and Australian patent No 588,943. These patents refer to technology and processes used in wireless data communications. The parties have also agreed to seek further business relationships directed at meeting the wireless voice and data communications needs of their customers. All other terms of the agreement are confidential. Williams Wireless Technologies, in its 32nd year of business and its associated company, Polansky Electronics Ltd, are privately owned corporations headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
The companies continue to focus on their strengths as system integrators and technological innovators by providing communications-orientated solutions for business through wireless applications of voice and data. This involves the design, engineering, supply and support of wireless voice and data systems. RadioFax and FMID are registered trademarks of Williams Wireless Technologies.
