Janus capital group extends application management outsourcing contract with sapient

New Delhi: Sapient, a leading business consulting and technology services firm, announced that it has been awarded a contract to continue providing application management services to Janus Capital Group. The deal extends Sapient''s eight-year strategic relationship with the asset management leader, for whom Sapient has delivered strategy, business and technology design and development, and program management services.
Under this new agreement,Sapient will continue providing Janus with 24x7 application support of multiple business-critical applications, offering a single point of accountability for uninterrupted system maintenance and enhancements.
In order to ensure Janus the highest level of service, Sapient helped define service level agreements for each application and aligned its consulting fees to achieving the desired performance measurements. This approach, combined with a fixed-price/fixed-time model, enables Sapient to provide clients with a greater certainty for success on their investments.
