Staffware appoints country head for India operations

Mumbai: Staffware, a global leader in Business Process Management (BPM) software, today announced the appointment of Noshin Kagalwalla as country manager for Staffware, India. His appointment underlines Staffware''s focus and commitment to India backed by a strong management team and dedicated professionals.
Noshin joins Staffware from Microsoft - India, where he was responsible for the Business Development of Microsoft server products. As head of Staffware's India operations, he will be aiming to grow the revenue and customer base by working with Staffware's existing partners such as Wipro, ICICI Infotech, Tata Infotech, and Siemens, and building on Staffware's successful track record with customers such as HDFC Bank, HDFC Standard Life and ICICI Bank.
Commenting on the appointment, Robin Martin, chief operating officer, Staffware said, "Noshin brings with him years of experience in the IT sector. His experience in growing the enterprise business division at Microsoft will prove invaluable as we look at ways to further Staffware growth and develop support for clients and partners in the Indian sub-continent."

Prior to his appointment at Microsoft, Noshin was employed at SAS Institute, TCS and Anstec Inc. where he was responsible for business development and project management. Noshin holds a bachelor in engineering in Computer Technology from VJTI, Mumbai and a masters degree in Computer Engineering from Wright State University, USA.
