Zicom launches retail store for electronic security systems

The Zicom retail store, in a 500sq ft space in Thane, exhibits a complete range of products from the consumer service group. The store showcases the latest products and technologies from Zicom — Zicomhome and Zicombusiness along with a host of complementary products and peripherals. To give customers hands on shopping experience, the store has been designed in an open display format.

Speaking on the occasion, Kapil Dev said, "I am very delighted to be a part of this auspicious event. With the launch of this store, the company has achieved another milestone and has added a feather in its cap. I am very confident that this store will live up to the demands and expectations of the people by offering the best of services."

Speaking at the launch, Santonu Choudhury, CEO, Zicom Consumer Service Group, "This is the first electronics security systems showroom in the country. With the launch of this retail outlet, we aim to reach out to the consumers in a better manner and provide them with the product experience even before they buy them. It is a great place to come and experience the entire range of products and other accessories under one roof. These stores are an attempt to offer consumers with an interactive and informative shopping experience and the perfect ambience to touch and feel our growing range of products."

The store, which is on franchisee basis, sells directly to the end user by giving them hands on experience of the products. The store has facilities for product demonstration and after-sales-service, handling day-to-day enquiries of the customers as also annual product maintenance.

Through our exclusive retail stores, we intend to keep the excitement alive and make it an indispensable part of our customer's life by coming nearer to our valued customers," said Manohar Bidaye, chairman of the company.

As a part of aggressive expansion, the company plans to open more 15 stores in and around Thane and 100 across the country by the year-end. Apart from this, 600 outlets would be opened across the country in next three years.
