Mumbai: Media IBC, a niche specialist in the HR software market, has launched the 'Validator' in India, based on six years of study of the psychological aspects of HR-related systems.
The Validator, an enterprise-enabled software works with Visual Basic 6.0 as backend support and Dot Net and XML as the front-end support. While it is particularly useful for companies with high employee turnovers, burnouts and other common ailments, it can be customised for smaller needs. It appraises the employee's skill, usefulness and mental capacity and also evaluates the employee's mental status, psychology and most importantly their state of mind.
Gautam Sinha, CEO of Media IBC says, "Media IBC develops software with respect to the multitude of emotions that act on an individual, executing a particular function. We build the software, which forms a basis, of information to the decision-makers, and validate decisions."
The software follows a simple module of working. The employee is given a questionnaire, the answers to which are then evaluated. The Validator functions in three broad applications, viz. the recorder, validator and ratifier.
The recorder helps the employer set parameters, upload audio / visuals and text onto the internet and generate an internet link that can be sent to candidates, who can then attempt the test in a real time environment. The validator administers the test to the candidates according to pre determined parameters. In case of internet failure, it allows the candidate to resume the test from the point of disconnection. The ratifier analyses the answers according to the parameters, removes redundancies and evaluates the psychological profile of the candidate.
One

technology
to the Indian government. Media IBC has already bagged
