Arvind Doshi to head IT wing of Central
Depository
Mumbai: Arvind Doshi from Tata Infotech has
taken over charge as head of information technology at the Central Depository Services. He
replaces Nirmal Jajodia, who has quit.
Jajodia has
been involved in the process of setting up the basic systems at the Central Depository
Services and in establishing the connectivity between it and the National Depository
Services.

PwC recasts staff assignments
New Delhi: Amitaba Basu, partner in
PricewaterhouseCoopers, has been made office managing partner heading the firm's
management consulting services in north India. Smita Anand has been chosen to head the
organisation change group in the division.
Partha S. Bardhan has taken over as deputy leader of
business process outsourcing, a new service started by the firm in India.
Basu, is involved with housing and urban infrastructure
advisory services and will continue to head this segment while taking on the additional
responsibility.
