Hindujas file case against former employees
Mumbai: Jagjit Singh Kohli and Yogesh
Radhakrishnan, formerly presidents of Hinujas-owned IndusInd Media & Communications
are facing criminal charges filed by the Hindujas alleging that they have defrauded the
company.
According to a first information report
with the crime branch, Mr. Kohli as president of IN Cablenet had, without the board's
approval, sanctioned the purchase of several hundred points from Video Vision network at
Rs 14.75 lakh. Video Vision is owned by Yogesh Radhakrishnan, who was later appointed as
president of IN TV.
Mr Kohli and Mr Yogesh Radhakrishnan have left IndusInd
Media & Communications to start a rival cable network called Win Cable and Datacom.

Kaldany on Global Trust
Bank board
Mumbai: Rashad-Rudolf
Kaldany, director, South and Southeast Asia of International Finance Corporation, has
joined the board of Global Trust Bank.
Mr Kaldany replaces Irving Kuozynski, who
was director, financial sector issues and operations policy of IFC, Washington, and on the
board since May 1998.

Chlorophyll, a new
brand consulting firm
Mumbai: Kiran Khalap, former chief creative
officer of Bates Clarion, Anand Halve, former chief of Quadrant Advertising, Gangadharan
and Nalesh Patil, former creative directors of PSL McCann, and Manjunath Hegde of Clarion
are coming together to launch a brand and consultancy firm called Chlorophyll.
The venture is funded by Adfactors group.
Mr Khalap said Chlorophyll is beginning with no clients,
but it will work on a fee-based projects and consider global opportunities and MNC
projects.
