Nagnath quits DSP Merrill Lynch
Mumbai: S. Nagnath, chief investment officer of DSP Merrill Lynch Asset Management, has quit. He is expected to take up a new post in the US.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedbabad, Mr Nagnath was with Citibank till 1994. He had also worked with LGT Asset Management in Singapore.

Sudip Banerjee is CEO of Wipro Software
Mumbai: Sudip Banerjee has taken over as chief executive, operations and staffing, Wipro Software and Services group.

Mr Banerjee will be responsible for the infrastructure and operations areas, with the projects group, operations support process quality, technical training administration and facilities, manpower allocation cell and three Wipro software development centres in Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore, reporting to him

Mr Banerjee will report to Vivek Paul, vice chairman of Wipro.
