Mr. V Govindarajan takes over as DCA secretary
New Delhi: Mr. V. Govindarajan has taken over as secretary of the Department of Company Affairs. An IAS officer of 1967 batch of Andhra Pradesh cadre, Mr. Govindarajan succeeds Mr P L Sanjeev Reddy, who retired on superannuation on December 31.

Mr. Govindarajan has earlier served as additional secretary, in the department of economic affairs in the ministry of finance and has held important positions in Andhra Pradesh government, Union government and abroad.
