CFO Ivega Ravi Ramu steps down
Bangalore
—Ravi Ramu, chief financial officer of software services company ivega, has stepped down.
He was with Ivega for the past one and half-years prior to which Ramu was the national industry director (information, communications and entertainment practice), KPMG.

He was one of the original founding persons behind the India and Bangalore practice of KPMG.
He has worked closely with the IT industry and was involved with US GAAP assignments and US initial public offering of shares for companies like Infosys, and Satyam Infoway among others.

The 42-year-old Ramu is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was based in KPMG, Amsterdam, as manager (professional practice development).

Bangalore--Ajoy Khandheria, CEO of ConvergeLabs Corporation, has resigned for personal reasons. The board of directors, of the company, has authorized Amol Patel to take on the responsibility of operating the company in addition to his current role as vice president of business development.
