Mukhija appointed L&T ED
Mumbai: R N Mukhija, senior vice-president (operations) of Larsen & Toubro, has been appointed whole-time executive director.
Mukhija has been associated with the company since 1965 and holds overall responsibility of the electrical and electronics division, L&T said in a release here on Monday.

ACAM board revamped
Mumbai: Alliance Capital Asset Management India, the 75 per cent affiliate of Alliance Capital Management USA, has restructured its board of directors.
This follows the exit of Yogi C Deveshwar of ITC and industrialist Ajay Piramal from its board of directors. Both were independent directors on the board of the asset management company.
Ashwini Kakkar, CEO and managing director of Thomas Cook (India) has joined the board of directors of the AMC in place of Mr. Deveshwar.

P.S. Bhatnagar joins Indo Rama board
New Delhi: Indo Rama Synthetics (India) Ltd (IRSL) has inducted P.S. Bhatnagar as a member of the board of directors of the company. His induction was approved at a meeting of the company's board here. Mr Bhatnagar will be a non-executive director of the company.
