SEBI cancels registration of 2 NSE brokers
Mumbai: The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has cancelled the registration of three broking firms of Hoffland group companies - Broad Line Capfin Services (P) Ltd and Leaprofin Securities Ltd of NSE and Vikrant Capital Services Pvt Ltd of Mangalore Stock Exchange, with immediate effect.
These broking firms were expelled by respective exchanges and hence, failed to fulfill the pre-requisite condition of registration as brokers with SEBI.

They would not be entitled to carry on the business as a stockbroker.
