Bharti Tele expands its
board
New
Delhi: Bharti Tele-Ventures has inducted five new independent
directors into the board. They include P M Sinha, president & CEO
of Pepsi, N Kumar, vice-chairman of the Sanmar Group, Wong Hung Khim,
group chairman and CEO of Delgro Group of Companies, Singapore, Pulak
Prasad, managing director, E M Warburg, Pincus & CO (Singapore)
Pte Ltd and Donald Cameron, former director, British Telecom.
They are in addition to Sunil Bharti Mittal, Rajan Bharti Mittal,
Rakesh Bharti Mittal, Akhil Gupta, Dalip Pathak, Sin Hang Boon, Lim
Toon, Chua Sock Koong, Bashir Currimjee and Ravi Akhoury.
