Mediacom AVP moves to
Mudra
New
Delhi: Anita Nayyar, associate vice-president of Mediacom has
joined Mudra Communications in New Delhi as the head of media. Nayyar
will be the vice-president of the Rs 500 crore agency's media
specialist division called Optimum Media Solutions.
She will be handling Mudra's
major New Delhi clients such as Dabur India, Samsung and Nestle.
Prior to joining Mudra,
Nayyar spent one-and-a-half years at Grey Worldwide where she looked
after brands such as SBI Cards and Domino's, among others.

Pai gets CFO of the
Year title

Mohandas Pai, chief financial officer of Infosys Technologies has been
conferred CFO of the year title. The India CFO Awards 2001, instituted
by IMA India and American Express evaluated achievements outside the
traditional role of a CFO. Bharti Enterprises joint managing director,
Akhil Gupta, BPCL director finance Ashok Sinha and vice-president
(Finance) of Hero Honda Motors Ravi Sud were also honoured for their
achievements in areas of mergers and acquisitions, information and
knowledge management and cost optimisation.

Rajiv Agarwal quits
Enterprise Nexus
Mumbai:
Enterprise Nexus Communications managing director Rajiv Agarwal has
quit the Rs 158-crore advertising agency. Agarwal is the founder
member of Enterprise Nexus set up in 1997. The London-based Lowe group
holds 40 per cent stake in the leading Mumbai-based ad firm. Agarwal,
an alumni of St Stephens College, New Delhi, launched Nexus
Communications along with co-founder A Nair in 1994.
In 1997, he joined hands with Mohammed Khan of Enterprise to float the
Enterprise Nexus.
