Top management changes in Modicorp
New Delhi: Modicorp founder chairman and CEO B.K. Modi has stepped down from his present position and Dilip Modi and Veena Modi have been appointed as the CEO and chairman of the company, respectively.

B K Modi would, however, continue as chairman of Modi Holdings and also perform his functions in Modi Rubber Ltd.
