Sebi order on Escorts MF set aside
Mumbai: The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has set aside Sebi order penalising Escorts Mutual Fund for non-compliance of rules. The case relates to Escorts MF delaying publishing of annual report and statement of accounts and filing them with Sebi. The tribunal set aside the Sebi order imposing a penalty of Rs 52,000 on Escorts MF.

Gati NCD gets `AA-' rating
Hyderabad: CARE has assigned AA- rating to the Rs 10-crore non-convertible debenture issue of Gati Ltd, a transportation company having cargo, petrol pump and shipping divisions.

The NCDs carrying a coupon of 11 per cent a year or thereabout would be redeemable in three equal instalments at the end of the second, third and fourth years from the date of allotment.
