Arun Jyoti of IOC to be MD of IBP
New Delhi: IOC is appointing its executive director (western region) Arun Jyoti as the full-time MD of IBP Co Ltd.

IOC will retain IBPs marketing director Hirajit Guha and finance director AK Sinha in the new board. It will also appoint eight more directors, two of whom would be non-official.

The government, which still retains 26 per cent in IBP, will appoint two directors.
