IOB, Vijaya, & Syndicate get new chiefs
New Delhi: S C Gupta, chairman, Indian Overseas Bank, will move to Syndicate Bank as its chairman and managing director while Michael Bastion, executive director of Vijaya Bank, will move as CMD of IOB and M S Kapur, executive director, Syndicate Bank, will take over as CMD of Vijaya Bank.

The finance ministry has also finalised the list for promoting general managers to executive directors.
