Harshad's
Ranbaxy stake on sale
Mumbai:
A custodian appointed by the special court investigating the 1992
securities scandal has invited bids for Harshad Mehta's shares in
Ranbaxy Laboratories.
Bids have been invited from institutional buyers, FIIs,
non-institutional buyers and the management of the company on or
before 26 March.
The offer is for 5,02,988 shares representing 0.43 per cent of
Ranbaxy's total paid-up capital of Rs 115.9 crore.
