JK Corp directors retire
New Delhi: JK Corp Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Govind Hari Singhania and Gajanan Khaitan, directors of the company, have retired by rotation at the annual general meeting held on 23 February. They have not sought reappointment.
