Shashi Ruia on PMs trade council
New Delhi: The Prime Ministers council on trade and industry has been reconstituted with the addition of just one new industrialist, Essar group chairman Shashi Ruia.

RS Lodha and KK Nohria have also been inducted into the council in their capacity as presidents of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry respectively.

The other members of the previous council - Ratan Tata, Mukesh Ambani, Kumar Mangalam Birla, N Srinivasan, NR Narayana Murthy, Nusli Wadia, AC Muthiah, Rajeev Chandrashekhar and CII president Sanjiv Goenka - will continue in the reconstituted council.
