PNB IPO oversubscribed
Mumbai: Punjab National Banks (PNB) Rs 165-crore initial public offering was subscribed over three times. The issue, the first by any bank to hit the market in over a year, closed for subscription on 28 March.

PNB offered 53.061 million shares at Rs 31 each at a premium of Rs 21.
