Ramachandran takes over as new IOC chief
New Delhi: M S Ramachandran took over as the chairman of Indian Oil Corporation on 1 April.

Ramachandran was director (planning & business development), IOC.

Immediately after taking over the Fortune 500 company, Ramachandran met members of the Navaratna board to review the IOC's strategy in the deregulated market.

A graduate in mechanical engineering, Ramachandran joined IOC in 1969 as management trainee, and has handled a variety of line and staff assignments in operations, sales, logistics, shipping and trading.

Sanjeev Aga to join Aditya Birla Group
Mumbai: Sanjeev Aga, CEO, Birla Tata AT&T, who had put in his papers last year, is joining the AV Birla group as director, international expansion.

Aga will focus on a region and see the opportunities offered by that country. Depending on the business opportunities, the AV Birla group will expand its operations in that country.
