New MD for TELK
Kochi: N. Raveendranath has taken over as managing director of TELK, a state government public undertaking based at Angamaly. Earlier, Raveendranath had served as managing director of Keltron Counters Ltd and chief executive of Keltron Rectifiers and Keltron Power Devices. He also worked as managing director of Kerala State Bamboo Corporation Ltd for a year in 1999-2000.

Anand Mahindra is new VP of CII
New Delhi: Anand Mahindra, MD, Mahindra & Mahindra, is likely to be the new CII vice president for the year 2002-2003.

Mahindra will take this position from MindTree Consulting chairman Ashok Soota. Soota will be the CII president after its AGM on 26-27 April 26. Prime minister A B Vajpayee is scheduled to address the annual meet on 27 April.

The theme of this years AGM is : Going Forward: Mild Recovery, or Big Ticket Growth?
