Tata
Steel arm to be delisted from BSE
Mumbai: The
Bombay Stock Exchange will suspend trading in equity shares of Tata
SSL, a subsidiary of Tata Steel, from 17 April following the company's
plans to delist the scrip from the exchange.
However, TSL's partly convertible debentures (non-convertible portion)
of Rs 50 each would continue to be listed on the exchange till their
redemption, BSE said in a notice to the broking members.
Meanwhile, BSE said that securities of Pals Distilleries Ltd would
also be delisted from 17 April as the company had requested for the
same.
