CNG prices hiked in Delhi
New Delhi: CNG prices in Delhi have been hiked by about Rs four to Rs
16.83 per kg.
The new price will be effective from midnight on 28 April.
The over 28 per cent increase in CNG prices, from Rs 13.11 per kg to Rs 16.83
per kg, was mainly due to increase in the cost of gas by Rs 2.29 per kg besides
doubling of operating cost.
After the price increase, the per kilometre operating cost of three-wheelers
would go up from Rs 0.38 to Rs 0.48 while that of buses would increase from Rs
3.7 to Rs 4.75.

reserves up $268 mn to $55.073 bn
New Delhi: Foreign exchange reserves moved up $268 million to $55.073
billion in the week ended 19 April from $54.805 billion at the end of the
previous week, according to the RBI.
Foreign currency assets rose $268 million to $52.014 billion from $51.746
billion.
Gold reserves and SDRs were unchanged at $3.047 billion and $12 million,
respectively.
