Top brass of Malvika Steel quit
board

Delhi: Key board members of Malvika Steel Ltd including the
company's chairman S.K.Gupta, have quit as directors of the company.
The other members of the
board who have submitted their resignations are Bhaskar Dutta,
managing director of the company, and Ramesh Chander Vaish, director.
The resignations were submitted recently by them.
S.K.Gupta was a nominee of
the financial institutions (FIs) who was brought on the board by the
institutions' as chairman. He had replaced the promoter-chairman Vinay
Rai, who had resigned from the board early this year.

T M Nagarajan SHCIL chairman
Mumbai:
T M Nagarajan has taken over as chairman of the Stock Holding
Corporation of India. Nagarajan succeeds G N Bajpai whose is now
chairman of Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Nagarajan is a banking
professional with 34 years experience in development finance.
B Virupaksha and S Srinivasan
will continue as managing director and joint managing director
respectively.
