Mumbai: Joint venture asset management companies, the ones that are
described by the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) as "predominantly foreign", have Rs 23,155 crore under their
management as on June 30, according to the latest figures available.

ITC's capex plan fails to enthuse market players
Mumbai: The ITC stock closed marginally lower on the National Stock Exchange
on the eve of its 91st AGM scheduled for Friday. But, the stock finished
fractionally higher on the Bombay Stock Exchange. Total volumes on the
BSE and NSE were around 6.58 lakh.

Hinduja TMT rises on BPO order talk
Mumbai: In an overall depressed market, Hinduja TMT was in the limelight on
Thursday. Both the share price and volumes witnessed a sharp jump. Volumes
increased to 22.69 lakh shares compared to 10.31 lakh shares traded on
Wednesday on the BSE.
