Lisa' of coins fetches $7.6 mn at auction
London: The price of gold just went up. The so-called
Mona Lisa of gold coins, a $20 piece which weighs .96
troy ounces, on Tuesday went to an anonymous buyer, who
bid $6.6 million for the coin, and paid a 15 percent premium
and $20 face value for a total of $7.59 million.
